Title of Painting- "Camille Monet and a Child in the Garden"
Author- Claude Monet

Madame Monet and Child (Camille Monet and a Child in a Garden) - Claude Oscar Monet - www.claudemonetgallery.org

Overview- This painting is of a women that seems to be weaving and a baby girl playing. They are surrounded by flowers, showing they are in a garden. They seem peaceful.

Parts- Both are wearing nice clothing, both are also wearing a shade of blue. There are bright colored flowers all around them, yet they are sitting on dirt or pavement. This may show that not everything is perfect. The young girl and the women both look in peace and that no one or nothing is bothering them.

Title- The title of this painting; "Camille Monet and a child in the Garden", does help viewers understand the painting. The artist uses the character of Camille Monet in most of her paintings, this may represent her. The child does not have a name

Interrelationships- The above statements may show that maybe  they do not know each other. Even though they do not know one another they still are together and are peaceful. They are minding their own business but at the same time it looks like they like the company.

Conclusion- The conclusion of this painting is that these to ladies are not connected outside of the garden. But when they come here they feel peace, they do interact with each other but they do enjoy one another. They are separated from the hatred of society and this is where they come to find peace and joy, away from the outside world.
