One television show that relates or connects to Act 4 of Romeo and Juliet is Friday Night Lights. This is a perfect connection because in this show the character of a 19 yr-old Texas boy who is put in a wheel-chair, after receiving a hard hit during the opening night of Dillion Football when he was a sophomore. Now two years later Jason Street is a father of his miracle child (seeing that it was almost impossible for him to have a child due to his condition) but cannot support his baby and girlfriend financially. His girlfriend then moves to New Jersey to live with her parents while Jason is left in Texas miles and miles away. Because Jason's love is so strong he decides to leave his life in Dillion, Texas, drop everything he has ever known, to go to New York City and get a job. Not everyone could take this leap of faith, then again love can do anything.
I honestly believe that love can make one do anything. Whether it is love for your mother, father, sibling, aunt, grandpa, dog, cat, plant, it doesn't matter. This feeling we all receive that takes over our minds and bodies ultimately controls us. Without love we would all be empty and cold. The things I would do for love definitely depends on the situation. If it is life or death than i would definitely save my family over my own life. One can not plan for how they will react in tough situations, but I can only hope that I would do the right thing. So, ultimately I don't think I can sit down and write down exactly what I would do, in every possible situation, for love. That is a hard question; What would you do for love? How I see it is that you have to live in the moment and take life as it comes, therefore I cannot plan on what I would do. The only thing I can say is that, for love, I will do anything that will let the people I love have eternal happiness.
